The sandalwood doesn't smell like sandalwood. Took as very long time to be delivered,and I was very disappointed with the scent. I messaged the seller and they sent me a free of charge replacement in a different scent,that actually smells like it's supposed to. The replacement arrived exceptionally quickly,and seller apologised for the problems I'd encountered,and resolved everything beautifully. Customer service could not be better.

Sandalwood oil and balm I purchased didn't smell at all of sandalwood,and it took just over a week for the two products to be delivered to me. All that said,when I contacted the seller,the problem was rectified at lightning speed,and both balm and oil were replaced with a scent that actually smelt as the name suggested,and worked very well. The replacements were with me within 2 days. I was extremely impressed with how the seller dealt with me and the problems I had encountered.
