Handrail was a good quality and looked great when installed. But my experience with seller was extremely disappointing. Seller completely forgot to process my order. I waited patiently until my delivery date believing seller might have forgotten to update dispatch status. They didn't process my order until I opened case with Ebay. My item arrived with no fittings and screws whatsoever. Packing was ripped apart. seller informed they don't supply fittings when spoke to them over the fone.AVOID
