  Seller responded quickly to offer and any messages. This little dragon was exactly as pictured. Shipping was quick but packaging could be improved a bit with more bubble wrap and double boxing when dealing with items this fragile. As it is, this little guy suffered a couple very minor chips in his travel. Seller was very apologetic and kindly offered a partial refund, as I still very much wanted to keep it.   The item arrived very quickly. However the crystal ball was not attached and it was never stated that it was not . When you look at the picture they show it in place. Instead when the item arrived the ball was in a plastic baggie. When I questioned this I was told it must have come loose in shipping. I find that very interesting how then did it get into the ziploc bag? I feel like for the price it should have been at least mentioned.
