  seller was very communicative and cooperative and always friendly and pleasant. although the actual item was sent, the shipping company apparently lost it in transit somewhere along the line. the seller was very apologetic and immediately issued a refund. although disappointed I did not receive the item, there is no way the seller was at fault, and I would happily buy from them again if I saw something I wanted. thank you.

  Received my package today, the post office sent the package all over the state! Don’t know what the problem was but it finally got here. The buzzers look and sound great. The sellers communications were good and I felt it was no fault of the seller for the delay. Christmas is probably the problem as it is just very busy. Very satisfied, thanks!
