Reached out to offer a refund or replacement, and she responded with ABUSIVE messages. Apparently we should be able see through a MATTEL cardboard box and detect manufacturing faults before shipping. Absolutely DELUSIONAL. Feeling very SAD for your daughter growing up with you. Get Help 13 11 14 LIFELINE
