    Seller sent the wrong size. I understand mistakes happen. But she didn’t even offer another bra in her store of the same size. She said she didn’t have the bra in that size and I saw in her store where she had plenty of the size I need. It seems like good customer service to offer something else of the same size. But seller didn’t care. Just said send it back and said mistakes happen, which I’m perfectly fine with sending back.

    SELLERS BEWARE OF THIS BUYER- Yes, we made a mistake and sent the wrong size — which we immediately acknowledged and offered a return for, as any reasonable seller would. Unfortunately, we can’t magically produce inventory ww don’t have, no matter how many times someone claims they “saw it” in our store. If excellent customer service means making up items just to avoid a rude message, we'll have to stick with honesty instead.
