    I did email seller before purchase to ask if they we're all steel construction as they different pictures in their add showing the metal and plastic bases. They confirmed they were all metal. However once received they are the plastic and metal. Emailed selller and they have given part refund so happy with not having to return. Quick communication so would buy from again.

    Spikes appear to be of high quality, and good value. Unfortunately, when the items arrived there was a shortage of of some of the spikes (self assembly) so I notified beauty-direct by email along with photo evidence of missing parts. They very promptly dealt with the situation and sent me a further pack of spikes and bases free of charge. Excellent service

    ITEM ARRIVED REASONABLY PACKED ,, DIDNT LOOK ORIGINAL DIRECT FROM FACTORY. ITEM HAD VARIOUS DEFECTS , BROKEN OR MISSING CRYSTALS & MISALIGNED SECTIONS. AFTER SEVERAL MESSAGES TO SELLER , AN AGREEMENT WAS MADE WITH A DISCOUNT I WAS HAPPY WITH , BASICALLY HALF PRICE. REPLACEMENT CRYSTALS ARE ON ORDER. AS THE SELLER WENT ABOVE & BEYOND IN THIS CASE , I AM GOING TO GIVE THEM TOP MARKS. HOWEVER THE ITEM WILL NOT BE GETTING TOP MARKS.

    Great product which I've bought as a gift as I love mine. It feels nice quality and is great value for money. My first order was delayed with royal mail so I contacted the seller and they've been amazing, straight on the ball with information and re-sent me another and emailed to keep me in the loop and it's arrived in a couple of days. No fault of the seller, the seller is more than help full and couldn't apologise enough for the delivery company's mess up and total lack of care for a fragile item.
