They told me to send the item back, which was going to cost me more than it was worth to send back item described as brand new was old and dried up. Seller did not seem to want to work with me. I wanted to send pictures to the seller, but they wanted me to pay for the shipping back to them which I felt was unfair was shipped in a very the envelope
