  Very happy with my purchase. Contacted seller regarding “evri” and got an immediate response from them. Item was sent on day of purchase, but as usual, evri let these sellers down with lack of tracking information and delay in delivery.

  Item was not compatible with Samsung phone as listing says, got compatibility error message come up on phone. ... seller was very reluctant to send return label and delayed resolution repeatedly by asking me to try other devices and offering partial refunds. They have finally initiated a refund but sadly I had to resort to saying I would pass the issue to Ebay if they delayed any further.
