  I ordered the ribbed pan, but it was not available so the vendor offered a substitute. I was not observant enough to notice from the thumbnail picture that the substitute pan was smooth bottomed. I agreed to the substitution. I have to say when I received it I was disappointed. There was no problem with the quality but it was not what I wanted. It was my fault, so I can't justify sending it back, although I think they should have drawn attention to the difference when making the offer.

  We ordered the 90x180 gate and on delivery found it to be discoloured ( possible water damage before being boxed) . I've contacted the seller who offered a £3 discount which I rejected. This has since been following by a £6 discount, also rejected. No resolution yet

  My cat litter box arrived extremely well packaged and was very easy to assemble and I have to report that litter spillage is now at an absolute minimum and my Cat is quite happy with his new tray, Oh and btw the smell is almost non existent now as a bonus, I would definitely buy from this seller again.
