    My items never arrived. I wouldn’t leave negative feedback for this reason as it’s not the sellers fault and I have ordered from them once before with no problems. Sadly, I went to order again and found that I have been banned by the seller from buying from them. The parcel still shows as not delivered on RM site and I was in no way difficult with them so don’t know why they banned me. I’ve been a seller myself and understand things happen but to ban a buyer for no fault is not good service.

    A REPLY TO THE REPEAT NEGATIVE FROM THIS BUYER FOR 1 ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED ABOVE, THE BUYER IS AWARE THAT A CLAIM HAS BEEN ISSUED HOWEVER WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RECOVER ANY COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!! I BELIEVE THAT OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES WOULD ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO ABSORB A CONTINUED LOSS FROM THIS BUYERS ADDRESS, !!!!!!
