    Seller cancelled my this fully paid order without giving me a chance to either (1) wait another 1-2 weeks for order or (2) to have order cancelled and money refunded. Item was waiting to be checked through NY post office. This was to be a 92nd birthday present for my mom. Quality of shampoo is good and value is worth price; POOR seller communication. Seller needs to contact customers first and allow them to make the decision to wait additional time or cancel their orders!

    The item is exactly what I was looking for, and the seller's communication and free shipping were great...the overall experience was positive. However, the outrageous price for a discontinued item was disappointing. I wanted the product badly enough to pay the crazy amount, but it's unfortunate that sellers price-gouge simply because they can. Also, to this seller's credit, their price was the lowest of all others who were selling the identical product.
