Sehr guter Kundenservice. Schnelle Rückerstattung inclusive der Versandkosten, nachdem mein Paket nicht bei mir angekommen ist, was nicht die Schuld des Verkäufers war. Das Paket ist bei Hermes in Deutschland verloren gegangen. Den Artikel kann ich daher nicht bewerten.
