It was wrapped and packed very well but unfortunately Santa suffered a broken foot in the shipping process. I reached out to the seller who IMMEDIATELY responded back and issued a refund. This was just an unfortunate shipping incident. I am going to check out this sellers other items now!!

Unfortunately this item arrived damaged. It was not due to the ebay seller - as he packaged it very very carefully and with lots of padding. It appears that the damage came from the shipper. Nonetheless, I contacted the seller with photos and he immediately refunded me the full amount. I hated that the item was damaged as he did try very hard to package it with care, but I appreciate that he refunded me. Would absolutely use this seller again.
