  Quality and condition of the bed is Great. As Described. Looks expensive. Easy to put together. Bed is high which is what I wanted. Delivery disappointed take longer than expected as 1st time round the headboard was missing so I declined but a new delivery date was soon sorted for me. Great customer service and good communication. Always kept upto date with times ect and you can track delivery. Delivery Driver was super friendly and chatty. Definitely Recommend

  Seller comeback to me to explain the issue that they had with transport , I knew the actual reason of delay in my oder delivery. They were sincerely apologise for the miscommunication and I feel no point of giving negative feedback when they doing genuine business. They have very competitive price compare to other vendor. Buy with them but plan in advance as probably with their lower price delivery time is a bit longer.

  Received very fast delivery. Item Luxury memory foam sprung mattress 4ft6 is as described and in a brand new condition. Mattress was very well packaged in a strong box and rolled in very strong plastic packing. Mattress flattened out and left for 24 hours to expand fully which it did, very comfortable, great quality and looks great. Very good value price for this very good mattress.   We ordered this mattress but when it arrived it was vacuum packed and rolled up, which wasn't what we wanted. We contacted the seller and they agreed to collect it and refund the purchase price, which was issued immediately. If the seller had added a photograph of the delivered product we would not have bought it, but the matter was settled amicably and to our complete satisfaction.
