Excellent communication when the courier lost the package, and offered to send out a replacement if quilt was not receivehd within the following 24hrs. Quilt has arrived and is exactly as required.     The communications great great price and gas to post But then unfortunately yodel had my parcel They had it for a week then dumped bit at the end of our driveway on the main road Then it was run over unfortunately A44 is a busy road One question is why use a postal service that will make your business look bad ? I no longer use companies that use yodel 😳
