I didnt want to leave a negative feedback because I did in fact receive a duvet set, But, it was the wrong colour! I sent three polite messages pointing out that I ordered and wanted a green tartan duvet set but was sent red. After getting no response after three messages...I was at a loss as what to do! So I gave up! As a genuine critique of your company, I think it would be in your interest to consider responding to messages. It would make customers feel less invisible & more valued.
