Beautiful bedspread AND excellent customer service. I order this item on 2/26 and received it on 2/29. Unfortunately, the pillow shams were missing from the order. I immediately emailed the seller and received a reply the very next morning. They were very apologetic and said the shams would be mailed as soon as possible. It’s 3/4 (4 days later) and I received the shams. Good customer service should be the norm, but we all know it is not. This company is exceptional!!! Thank you.
