Excellent value branded thread. Courier service seemed to have lost my item. Tracking info went dead for nearly a week after courier said it had the item 'ready for delivery'. It is a nationally known company that where I live has a chaotic reputationI contacted the seller & she was brilliant. Several messages later & she had sorted it out.
