Although I bought this as a factory second, it is the worst flat packed furniture I have ever come across. The screws didn't fit. There were no marks on where to screw the drawer runners. The wood was bent and messy. The tools were poor and the instructions terrible. I already had the dame bed which just needed different parts and I just managed to make it work. I hardly used any of this set and just skipped it today. Terrible cheap furniture. Delivery was quick and fast though.

Lovely quality bed at a far better price than other companies selling the same bed! Can't fault the company selling, they dispatched quickly with full tracking provided. Delivery company not so great tbh. They dont respond to emails & it does sit at their depot for days on end until they have enough items to fill a route before they will deliver. This is of no fault to the company selling the bed. They do their part of shipping extremely quickly. Overall really happy, so are my children. Thanks

Bed first arrived damaged with all spindles broken although packaging was only marginally damaged. Seller despatched replacement the next day but unfortunately the courier spent over four days to deliver it three of which were spent in its delivery depot. Suggest seller chooses another courier as that s where both problems seem to have been. Would use seller again because of good customer service but not the courier.
