This plant arrived in a box with a much larger tree and was upside down. Consequently this plant (my beloved quince) arrived all battered and bruised. When I contacted the seller I received quite a terse response saying it was deciduous and loses its leaves. Mmh poor customer service indeed and how rude

Only one plant,which survived ,out of damaged pot l. Not bad for the long journey. Would be a good idea to mark box handle with care and arrows this way up as the delivery company appeared not to be very careful. Tracking was useless as didn’t update. I was informed delivery delayed,running late. It arrived that day. Have tried to download photos to no avail.
