  Today (20250910) received USPS notice of signature required and postage due of $6.34. I did not agree to these terms. Kindly refund my purchase as the USPS will return the package to you after 10 days. Item was shipped without tracking nine days ago with free shipping and no notice of item needing a signature to be received. Avoid this seller.

  I understand the customer's frustration but it was not my intention for this to occur. I had the envelope approved prior to mailing by my USPS office, and they stamped it and shipped it. I don't know what happened once it arrived at the final destination but there was obviously a difference of opinion between both post offices. I offered to pay for the additional postage but customer refused and instead wanted to move forward with a full refund, which I did provide.
