  I ordered this item on collection from a local store. The item was delivered to the store, but I couldn’t get a QR code from the seller to go and collect. They won’t let me have the plants without one! I emailed the seller stating that the plug plants won’t survive four days in the heated shop waiting for me to collect. I emailed twice got no response at all. eBay protection got me a refund.
