Only floor I have is that of the delivery company used EUVI which emailed me a day later stating that I had missed my pick up and wanted a fee for redelivery. This was a fake email not from the company nor to do with the seller as this has happened before from another delivery from EUVI. Other than that great seller and happy with my bulbs.
