    Item itself is in great condition, however was not what I ordered. I ordered a press which had two interchangeable plates; 1 toastie, 1 panini press. The item listed had photos and a description of both, but what arrived was a toastie only. I did not use and contacted seller, who through broken English told me they will ‘sort it out’, a few days later they replied that I received exactly what I ordered so no replacement needed. Then I saw they edited the listing description and photos! Avoid!

    The product is of great quality, in good condition, and offers excellent value for money. However, the packaging was not adequate, which resulted in the item arriving slightly damaged. Fortunately, I was able to fix it myself. I highly appreciate the quality of the product—it's 100% satisfactory—but I kindly request that more care be taken with packaging in the future to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
