I ordered a custom necklace for my wife and she wasn't super happy with the font that I chose because the latter's weren't as clear as she hoped. I asked if I could exchange it for another font and they sent my an example of all the different fonts with my wife's name so we could see how they would look. Then they sent the replacement out for free! Amazing customer service! Will definitely buy from them again. Beautiful.
