Inside, the original packaging and SSD itself looked completely untouched, both in absolutely mint condition. Don’t trust this seller. I purchased this item 5 weeks before my wife’s birthday. When we opened it, yes it looked new but the box was old and a suspicion of water damage. When I came to set it up, the calendar wouldn’t sync to the profiles like it should, got in touch with skylight and they said that there was a definite issue with the item. With that, I reported to the seller who would do nothing because I purchased the item over 30 day before. It was advertised as new so they should replace
