    Ordered a 15 inch wheel - received 16 inch (due to listing errorI. When informed they said ‘sorry - we don’t have an 15 inch just now but will source one/send it out soon as we do’. They did just that: 1. Sent me a 15 inch free of charge 2. Returned funds for the 16 inch sent in error 3. Told me to keep the wheel sent in error so I’d not be bothered by sending it back i.e. this company’s customer service is exceptional/2nd to none. We all make mistakes it’s how you deal with them that matters.

    Company apologised and returned the money for the item they’d sent in error plus… sent me the new correct wheel free of charge! They don’t even want the 16 inch wheel back. Great customer service, pleasant staff and great follow up. Thank you!
