    The wrong size item was sent to me, not what I ordered. I contacted Seller who emailed me asking me to phone them. A polite nice woman on the phone who apologised. I have now to send the item back with the label they emailed me, take it to the post office and get them to print off the return label. I have to put a note inside the package as the item is now out of stock and ask for my refund back. My mum has just come out of hospital after major surgery hence why I bought online. Terrible service
