    The glasses they gave me had 2 different side/ear pieces, One grey and one brown with spots. I informed them of the problem and they offered a $5 refund which still leaves me with blemished/mismatched glasses. I declined and because I did not have the original bag they came in they could not be returned. I've reached out numerous times for a way to resolve the problem but just keep getting ignored. I am a business owner myself and would never let my own screw up be the customers problem. No good

    No telling the truth, they got exactly what they ordered, We offered a full return with a prepaid return label, also offered if they wanted to keep it a $5.00 refund, They send one email message, as everyone know, you have to reply to all ebay emails, DO NOT SELL THIS PERSON, WE ARE REPORTING THEM TO EVAY ABOUT NOT TELLING THE TRUTH. BLOCK THEM

    a mistake in the return occurred which meant the seller got two pairs of glasses returned instead / and I never got the other pr back / I would have gladly paid shipping. The seller said they had not received my return which was false from tracking too / the return was sketchy and refund was delayed by the proof I had to provide though the seller had all the tracking info the whole process was shady
