Disappointed here. Firstly the service from Evri was terrible, the delivery was delayed over a week, the updates from Evri were non-existent, and then the package finally arrives damaged - inside and out. The box has crushed and wet, it was like it was hit by the van and left in the rain. Item was ruined. Logged with seller asking for a refund, a further week has passed since they said they would arrange a return/refund and still nothing. Very disappointed by the service all around.

Happy with my purchase, item in pretty good condition, I can tell it was a well loved console. Seller too a few days to dispatch but when I messaged it was dispatched the same day which I appreciate. Did not overprice the console and came with ACNL as described and an extra game. Thank you :)
