    Product is great, excellent value for money. However, it was shipped in original packaging however this was not substantial enough for the weight of the item. This was delivered by Evri and the box was damaged meaning the product was hanging out of it and no longer protected and so is scratched. This is not the fault of the seller, as I said, this was shipped in the original packaging. Evri should be more careful.

    The seller made every effort to get the item to me quickly as I needed it ahead of a festival, but was let down by the delivery company (despite paying for next day delivery). The level of communication, support and follow up was exceptional and left me feeling very positive about this supplier. I now have the reclining chair and it is just what I was expecting, and from a brief try, I can see it is very comfortable in full reclining mode. A very versatile chair that is light enough to carry.
