Seller packed a vinyl record with 2 single pieces of bubblewrap inside of a Lp mailer. The jacket was annihilated in transit naturally. Seller apologized for the postal service damaging the record but would not accept any fault for doing the bare minimum to ensure the records safety while in transit. Lp mailer pads are dirt cheap and could have made all of the difference in the world. I will not be buying from this seller again.

I tried to pack the record securely and have had no complaints over the last 10 years. I told the buyer that I was happy to make whatever restitution they might feel appropriate but they didn't respond.
