Appalling customer service from Berghaus - a company I have spent thousands of pounds on in clothing, rucksacks and camping equipment over a number of decades. My order was simply cancelled at 9:30PM on a Friday night without any communication. Am extremely disappointed with Berghaus and will cease to be a customer after this experience.
