    Applied for promo offers of buy 2 get 1 free but only got sent 2 and refused to send m my free one but offered £3.?? p instead I would rather have the free bottle that I why I bought because of promo offers, I got to admit I am into applying for promotional offers and turning the free product down "NOT" find another supplying there are plenty out there, oh yeah ad it will only let me leave a positive rating and not a neutral or negative, my experience was actually negative

    Hi, unfortunately when my item was selected from stock to send to me it was checked and found to be damaged, I was promptly contacted and informed of the situation and offered a refund which I accepted. The refund was very prompt. So in summary, I didn't get my item but I didn't get messed around either so would definitely trust this seller on future purchases. 👍 P.S. sorry about the one star for item condition, I meant to leave it blank but touched by mistake, app won't let me remove.

    I never received my purchase because the courier delivered it to the wrong address .
