A small mistake in shipping address occured, ( which is perfectly understandable as it happens to all of us..)..BUT, the Seller --BERRY & cO ---made every effort to communicate the status, redirect the shipment, and make sure it got to me. They carry thousands of unique, beautiful antique silver items, all in perfect conditon, all very reasonably priced compared to other sellers.....5 Stars would be not enough !!

    Wrong item sent. Seller gave an instant no hassle full refund and allowed me to keep the item sent in error. I wouldn’t liked the correct item and it was disappointing not to receive it although I understand mistakes happen. All in all I can’t fault this seller for the excellent after sales service given and his generosity.
