A small mistake in shipping address occured, ( which is perfectly understandable as it happens to all of us..)..BUT, the Seller --BERRY & cO ---made every effort to communicate the status, redirect the shipment, and make sure it got to me.     Wrong item sent. Seller gave an instant no hassle full refund and allowed me to keep the item sent in error. I wouldn’t liked the correct item and it was disappointing not to receive it although I understand mistakes happen.
