  The large porcelain lamp was poorly packed and arrived with the electrical fitting so bent it couldn't be straightened. The seller was apologetic and agreed to take it back but the process of getting a postage label took a long time. The process of getting a refund is also taking a long time - almost a month after buying the lamp I am still waiting and am now going to ask ebay to intervene. It has been my worst ebay experience.

  **Avoid this seller** - as with other feedback this seller has received, my item also never arrived. Same pattern - marked as despatched and untracked. Never showed up. Communications non existent / message not replied to. EBay stepped in and refunded me thankfully. I’m sure this seller is only interested in taking money and using eBay as a short term loaning system. Poor selling behaviour so please avoid. Zero stars for all areas

  Took over a week to send, item returned to sender followed by a further delay in re-sending item. Minimal communication from seller and no tracking info provided despite asking twice (it was evident on delivery that a trackable service had been used). Item as described but could have done with more protection on corners, as they tore through the packaging.
