  Communication is on point with these guys I put the bed up myself, realised I'd done something wrong contacted the company whom then communicated with me via WhatsApp late a night when they could of waited absolutely great service. Hats of to the delivery guy whom had made 14 deliveries that day and all by himself delivered all with a smile and a friendly attitude thank you so much. The bed is bespoke made so there are slight differences to the picture but overall the bed is beautiful.

  Bed is AMAZING, Exactly as it looked in pictures. You won't get anything like this in the shops especially at the same sort of price.   The worst possible service ever received sent me a product that was meant to be new and had a patch repair job that looked horrific then when asked to send a new product they said they would send it then repeatedly didn’t, when they did send one they sent the wrong size and when I opened a case against them they refused to send the right one, the worst possible company to purchase from, do not buy terrible quality

  I can honestly say that from start to finish the service was AMAZING! I always love to give feedback either good or bad and genuinely this is deserved. I contacted the seller when I couldn't see the colour we wanted in the drop down choice, so I messaged him and yep..no problem! Just say the colour you want when ordering and will ensure this is done- which it was. Delivered a day later - driver told me to stay in doorway when I offered to help, as he would do it all. So, so helpful! Well done!!!

  they send me the wrong shade of grey, they argued about it even though the colour shade is clearly in their picture, the Screw back casing came off so I could not screw in 2 screws to put in the shelf, they said they had sent out a replacement part and promised it will come on this and that day and never came and never got a call. Chased up so many times until I had to open a case with eBay then it was sent out. The assemble manual was incomplete so I had parts with no explanation.
