Bought this product in December was pleased with it. Damaged it so ordered another on. What was delivered was much less quality than before, certainly a cheaper product, very flimsy and chinese stickers on. Offered £20 to keep it but sent it back.. Contacted to send back and had to pay the return postage and drive 18 miles to my nearest parcel force due to the length. Poor experience, would have rated poor but first experience was good.

Sorry for your bad experience we will be looking into this and honestly not sure why you had to pay for the return postage as we have a free returns policy.
