    Came in a well packaged and sealed box, completely new as the description has said. No faulty imperfections with anything from the start to the end. Quick response from the buyer if you need to know a specific answer but all answers could be find in the description. Value for the money was great! Would've been roughly the same money if Amazon did a sale on them.

    Great ebay trader. Item exactly as described. Arrived very promptly and working perfectly. Do not get caught out like me thinking they are 1st gen. They are absolutely 2nd generation. The box packaging has not been updated by RING and picture does not show the twist door cover - but the items in the box are very much 2nd gen with the closing door! Thanks for your help.

    Shipping /delivery was one day late, the item was ordered on a weekend and it was dispatched around 4pm on Monday, meaning it might not have made the cut on that day. The item packaging was not the latest revision, and it seemed like a first gen camera, but it did contain a 2nd gen camera as indicated on the side of the package. Thanks to the seller for quickly pointing it out after I contacted them.
