    I have received the power pack, but the solar panel is missing from the delivery to be delivered by evri. However evri sent an email advising deliver label was missing, gave me a link to confirm delivery address, which I did. Only to be told on line to provide card details for redelivery, otherwise they would not redeliver. Obviously I didn't provide them with these..... Especially as this is not my fault. I'm waiting for a response from the seller
