    These were the most helpful people I have met on EBay! I needed a last minute game for a large family wedding gathering, and they worked to make it happen. But then UPS couldn’t deliver it when they promised, holding it until it was too late. Instead of blaming everyone they just said ‘we’ll give you a full refund, that’s only fair.” Before I could even argue, the refund had been initiated.
