    A very poor experience. Purchased 29/04, a Royal Mail tracking reference was sent to me. Tracking reference didn't show as valid on the Royal Mail website. I chased a couple of times for an update, I finally got a response (08/05) advising "We take information from Courier Service about your parcel then we will contact you". Then on 10/05 I was refunded, with no apology or explanation. A very poor experience, I'd avoid this seller, they're cheap.... but for a reason!
