It was held at their depot for several days before being delivered to me. When it arrived it was in a small box carefully packed. The wok is exactly as described. Brand new and of excellent quality. Great value for the price and is perfect for a family of 4. Delighted with this purchase and impressed with the price. Great value !!

    I t was classified as NEW but the item arrived in a damaged box and did not contain the charging cable. I contacted the seller and agreed a 10 % discount for the missing cable. It has not arrived and the seller is now ignoring my messages. Do not deal with this dishonest seller
