This seller was super kind and helpful. I have been hunting for this ikebana book and the seller sent it out on time and unfortunately USPS was terrible with the handling so it arrived like the photos shown and unfortunately the book was so damaged and left in the rain! So the seller was so kind to refund me even though it wasn’t their fault. USPS do better. Please.
