  Baloons turned up on the 16th of Jan as opposed to the 13th of Jan which was too late for my daughter's birthday. I had to place an order with Amazon on the 13th for next day delivery since her birthday was on the 15th. Contacted the seller who apologised. However, it still doesn't take away the stress of having to order them elsewhere. For the value of the baloons, it is too much hassle to send them back for a refund. It definitely puts me off of buying time-sensitive items from Ebay again.
