    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Item sold as new. Arrived in below condition - very obviously has been used. There is no way Apple would ever sell a new product like this! Covered in dust and dirt and protective packaging partially removed. NON EXISTENT communication from seller. Advised they sent me a NEW replacement over 2 weeks ago and would fully refund. Replacement still hasn’t shown up and seller not responding to my messages in over 2 weeks. Disgusting service! Reported to eBay. ZERO STARS.

    Well packaged and arrived within the timescale as stated. The initial charger provided was faulty. However, this was replaced with no fuss with a charger as described within a matter of days and communication with the seller was good. 🙂
