  Currently arguing for a full refund for a product that was damaged on arrival. After requesting a return I was offered 20% compensation. I rejected that and asked if I could return the item and have a full refund. They replied saying to return the item would be a ‘high cost and troublesome’ and offered me a refund of 40%. If you are going to trade in the UK, please abide by UK consumer law and issue a full refund and provide the means to return the item if you want it back.
