The seller had good intentions by sending me a different product to substitute for these 30 hardwood sticks. But the seller didn't ask for my permission first. Communication after the replacement item arrived was excellent. To my surprise, what I got instead was a pack of 120 balsa wood square sticks. The balsa wood isn't as strong as the hardwood sticks that I need for the project that I am building. Not a positive experience, but not a negative one either. The seller apologized.
